Privacy policy

What data RIOLD LLC collects through riold.com and the apps we publish on the App Store and Google Play, why we collect it and how you can control it.

Who is responsible

RIOLD LLC, 1800 Cold Stream Ct. Apt. 205, Asheville, NC 28803, United States, company ID 2020-000944139, is the controller of your data. Contact: info@riold.com.

Where an app links to its own privacy policy, that policy applies to the app. SkipDealer has its own policy at skipdealer.cy/privacy.

This website

riold.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested and time) to protect the site from abuse, and deletes them within 30 days.

What our apps collect

What an app collects depends on its features. The App Privacy section on the App Store and the Data safety section on Google Play list the data for each app. Across our apps, the data falls into these groups:

  • Device and app data: device model, operating system, language, app version and in-app events such as sessions, levels and screens viewed.
  • Advertising identifiers: the Google advertising ID, and the Apple IDFA only if you allow tracking.
  • Purchase data: product, price, transaction ID and subscription status. Apple and Google process the payment, and we never receive your card details.
  • Account data, in apps with sign-in: your email address and the account identifier from Google or Apple.
  • Crash reports: the device state and the place in the code where the app failed.
  • Messages you send us: your email address and what you write.

Services that process this data

Not every app uses every service below. The store listing of each app shows which ones apply.

ServiceWhat it doesPolicy
AppLovin MAXShows ads and selects an ad network for each one. Ad networks connected through AppLovin receive device data and advertising identifiers.applovin.com
AppsFlyerMeasures which ad campaign led to an install.appsflyer.com

Advertising and tracking

  • On iOS, an app asks your permission before it uses the IDFA. You can change your choice in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, an app asks for your consent before it shows personalised ads. You can change your choice from the app’s settings.
  • On Android, you can delete your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads on some devices.
  • Ads that are not personalised may still use device data to limit how often an ad appears and to prevent fraud.

Why we use data

  • To run the app, keep your account and restore purchases. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To fix crashes and prevent fraud and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure app.
  • To measure our ad campaigns and understand how the apps are used. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest.
  • To show personalised ads. Legal basis: your consent.
  • To answer your messages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • To keep records required by tax and accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. When an app shows personalised ads, advertising identifiers and device data go to ad networks, which California law may treat as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, turn off tracking or personalised ads as described above, or write to info@riold.com.

Where data is processed

Our service providers process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Transfers out of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Account data: until you delete the account.
  • Analytics and crash data: no longer than 14 months.
  • Purchase records: for the period that tax and accounting law requires.
  • Support emails: up to two years after the conversation ends.
  • Web server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and California law, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • restrict or object to its use;
  • send it to you in a portable format;
  • stop processing based on your consent, at any time.

Write to info@riold.com and name the app. We answer within 30 days and do not treat you differently for using these rights. Account deletion steps are on Delete your data. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to info@riold.com and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
