Delete your account and data

Apps with an account

1. Open the app and go to its settings or profile screen.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app, email info@riold.com from the address linked to your account and name the app. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one.

Apps without an account

These apps keep no profile about you on our servers. Advertising, analytics and purchase services store data linked to your device’s identifiers.

• iOS: turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Android: delete your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads on some devices.

To have the remaining data deleted, email info@riold.com with the app name and platform. We will ask the services we use to delete the data linked to your device.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, progress and settings.
• Analytics and crash data linked to your account or device.
• Emails you sent us, unless a conversation is still open.

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request and confirm it by email.

What we keep

• Purchase records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, for the period that law sets.
• Records Apple and Google hold about your purchases. They control this data under their own privacy policies.
